The book is a result of research and questioning. It offers ideas of treatments and therapies with a warning to seek medical/professional advice if you are having a problem with pain. At some time in everyone's life they will experience pain and I the author having lived experience share that and what I have learned along the way. I am not a medical professional although I do have counselling experience and possess numerous post-graduate qualifications.
