There is no date listed in this second edition, but there is an inscripbion on the back flyleaf dated 1916. The book is in fine condition with clean pages, but there is some foxing on the front flyleaf, and a water spot on the inside of the back cover. The turquoise cover is stamped with maroon and black with the title and a variety of flowers. It has no fraying at the spine or corners but is faded along the outside edge, possibly from water.
