Paperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This book delves into the evolution of structural theories of crystals, tracing their journey from the geometric and physical insights of the past to the present day. Exploring the relationship between the external form of crystals and their internal arrangement, the author examines various theories that attempt to explain the remarkable regularity and diversity observed in the crystalline realm. These theories provide a deeper understanding of the underlying structures that govern the formation and properties of crystals, offering valuable insights into the fundamental building blocks of matter. Through a historical lens, the book highlights the contributions of notable scientists who shaped the field, examining the evolution of ideas and the gradual refinement of our understanding of crystal structures. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…
