Issued in a limited edition of 200 copies, from which this example is numbered 186, and signed by author Ramsey Campbell and the author of the introduction Michael Marshall Smith in black ink on the limitation page. 500 trade hardcover copies without a slipcase and signed only by Campbell were also issued.
