Dust jacket rubbed, soiled, and foxed; tears and small chips at edges and flap folds; old tape repairs to rear flap's lengthwise tear; front flap is… not price-clipped. Dark slate colored cloth; spine decorated with bright blue and gilt stamping. Text block edges toned with some light foxing. Light toning/foxing to initial and rear leaves; past owner's ink signature at top of front pastedown; a few foxing spots to interior leaves which, overall, remain clean. Binding is firm.
