This volume lists works on British and European archaeology, antiquities, architecture, medieval studies, local history, heraldry, numismatics, and related disciplines, organised by subject with author and title indexing.From the library of Hellier Robert Hadsley Gosselin (1849-1924), Hertfordshire landowner, magistrate and later Secretary of the Royal Archaeological Institute, with his armorial bookplate to the front pastedown and ink inscription to the front free endpaper. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. Slight rubbing and bumping to extremities resulting in very minor loss to cloth. One or two very minor handling marks to boards. Bookplate of Hellier R. H. Gosselin to front paste down, with inscription to front free endpaper alongside small ink annotation. Internally, firmly bound.
