A bound set of 30 colour cards of paintings by the Chinese painter, calligrapher and nobleman, 'Puru' - also known as Pu Xinyu (or P'U Hsin-Yu). 1896-1963. A member of the Manchu Aisin-Gioro clan from the Qing dynasty and cousin to the last Emperor of China. In 1949 'Puru' fled to Taiwan, becoming an artist and teacher. This bound museum edition of 30 colour postcards published by the National Palace Museum, Taiwan is in A6 format and in VGC throughout, clean, tidy and tightly bound.
