In very good light tan thick leather covered boards, gilt flower design to front and gilt titles to spine. The boards are very tight and flat; spine slightly sunned. The spine ends and edges are very firm. White end papers; the ones at the front have thin band of light tanning around the edges. The text block is illustrated with many black and white photos and a few in colour. The pages are glossy and very firmly attached, even and clean. The original dust jacket has rubbing on both front and rear panels, edge rubbing with small loss in places, small edge tears. First page after the FFEP is a printed presentation from Norwegian American Line cruise ship company with the verso of this page showing two photos of the ship in Norway waters. Every copy of the book that I have encountered has had this page. The page appears to be a cancel (ie, inserted and glued into the book).
