The page following the copyright page states: "This edition consists of 200 copies, divided as follows: 188 copies, numbered 1 to 188, consisting of the text and the plates; and 12 copies, numbered I to XII and signed by the artist, containing a set of the etchings proofed in 1929. This copy is numbered 124." The colophon page states: "Designed and printed by Will Carter at the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge. Hand-set in Monotype Bembo, the book was printed on Hodgkinson's mould-made paper, and the etchings were printed in Paris at the Atelier Georges Leblanc on Arches velin."
