Weder der wahren Religion noch dem Staat drohe von hier Gefahr, wohl aber von den Jesuiten, die überall verdeckt arbeiteten und auch schon die Freimaurer und Rosenkreuzer unterwanderten. Bei aller Aufgeklärtheit zugleich ein Zeugnis der damaligen Verschwörungs-Phobie.
