The color plates are especially attractive with a muted pastel quality, though I am unsure of the process used to print them.

A detailed and well-illustrated work on the flowers of the Rocky Mountains, describing hundreds of plants. This work is a re-working of her earlier Mountain Wild Flowers of America published in 1905, but this work with new material and with the colored plates.
