Henry Treece (1911-66), was a popular and prolific historical novelist for children, I have been able to find out almost nothing about Stefan Schimanski, beyond the supposition that he may have been a Polish Jew who fled to America to escape the Nazis. Henry Moore (1898-1986), was one of the greatest sculptors and artists of the 20th century. A scarce book. Jacket by Henry Moore (ilustrador).
