Es por ello que el pensamiento de Artaud no puede reducirse a una dramaturgia, pues co…n la cuestión de lo teatral -analizada durante más de cuarenta años y en los ámbitos más diversos- intenta dar una respuesta a la forma de manifestación y expresión de lo reprimido por la sociedad y la psicogénesis. Hacia el final de su vida encontrará, a partir de tres radioteatros, un "teatro de la crueldad" que permite oír a los dobles y a las sombras en las voces apuntadas que conformaban la primera identidad. Al igual que en la obra de Mallarmé, Jarry y Roussel -sobre los que se habló en el tomo 1-, en el teatro del espacio subjetivo de Artaud se eliminan los límites del teatro. Sin embargo, Artaud muestra también que el juego teatral de un sacrificio lingüístico y musical podría representar una alternativa para los sacrificios colectivos que el siglo XX puso en escena en realidad. páginas/pasges.
