Illustrated with dozens of early black and white photographs and prints of period paintings. The condition of the book is good. The binding is secure though a little bit loose. The text is clean an occasional bent corner on a page. The cover board still retains its sharp image of miners and lettering. The corners are bumped and a little frayed.
