This is an original, complete issue of 16 pages dated November 12, 1881 -- Vol. 25, No. 1299 -- Illustrated with wood cut engravings -- Covers and contents are tight, very nice condition -- The Front Cover has a large engraving by Horace Bradley titled "The Atlanta International Cotton Exposition--Reception To Visiting Governors" -- Page 755 has an article titled "To Save The Central Park" -- Page 756 has two engravings, one by Charles Graham titled "The Old Walton House" (New York), the other by Horace Bradley titled "The Atlanta International Cotton Exposition--Spinning, Old And New Styles" -- Page 757 has seven engravings titled "The New Harvard Gymnasium" (very interesting workout equipment of the day) -- Page 760 has a full page engraving by H. Muhrman titled "Sweeping Broadway At Night" -- Page 761 has a full page engraving by W. St. John Harper titled "Shutting Off The Croton At The Central Park Reservoir" -- Page 764 has three portrait engravings, titled as follows: "O. L. Baldwin, Cashier Of The Mechanics' National Bank, Newark" (The Newark Bank Swindle), "John S. Giles, Late Treasurer Of The New York Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Fund", and "Christopher Nugent", and an engraving titled "The Woman's National Hospital, Wilton, Connecticut" -- Page 765 has a full page engraving by Benjamin McCord titled "Raising Turkeys For Market" -- This issue contains a portion of the following serials: "Christowell" by R.
