The cover art shows the artist's name L.A. Brunner, very faint in the lower right-hand corner of the front cover. Measures 10.5" x 13.5" with 8 pages, including the covers. There is some minor chipping along the edges; the prior owner's initials appear very discreetly in the white area on the front cover. Otherwise, this piece is in excellent condition, particularly the cover, which is suitable for framing.
