Juli 1939 in Berlin-Lichterfelde) war ein deutscher Ingenieur, Geheimer und Oberregierungsrat sowie Patentanwalt und Mitherausgeber der Fachzeitschrift ?Gesundheitsingenieur? Im Jahr 1899 entschloss sich von Boehmer, in das Reichspatentamt zu wechseln, wo er bereits zwei Monate später zum Regierungsrat und einige Jahre später zum Geheimen Oberregierungsrat befördert sowie ab 1912 Mitglied der Beschwerde- und Nichtigkeitsabteilung des Amtes wurde. In dieser Behörde blieb er bis zur Pensionierung im Jahre 1923, nur während des Ersten Weltkriegs unterbrochen von seinem Einsatz als Hauptmann und Kompanieführer einer Pioniereinheit unter anderem in Brüssel und in Flandern. Bereits 1904 zählte von Boehmer zum Herausgeberstab der Fachzeitschrift ?Der Gesundheitsingenieur?, die bis heute vom R. Oldenbourg Verlag herausgegeben wird, und veröffentlichte von Zeit zu Zeit selbst Berichte darin. Mit 66 Jahren begann er, sich auf die Prüfung zum Patentanwalt vorzubereiten, die er schließlich im Jahr 1928 bestand.
