Die kritische Analyse von Heideggers Fruhwerk zielt darauf ab, es fur die hermeneutische Gegenwartsphilosophie fruchtbar zu machen. Dies eroffnet neue Perspektiven fur den Dialog mit heterogenen Ansatzen von Denkern wie Nietzsche, Gadamer, Ricoeur, Foucault, Taylor und Rorty. Ihre Bemuhungen um eine ,historische Ontologie unserer selbst" fuhren zu einer Klarung des menschlichen Selbstverhaltnisses, wobei die fruhe Hermeneutik Heideggers neue Problemlosungsansatze bietet.
