Copy No. 5, numbered and signed by the author on the half-title as one of 25 copies printed on thick paper. A Presentation Copy, inscribed by the author on the verso of the title-page to William Everfield [? ]. Covers stained, bruise to upper fore-edge corner of front board, front hinge pulled and tear down lower half-of hinge of front free endpaper.
