The discussion is set against the backdrop of similar legal developments in other European countries, and the author argues that the Swiss 1888 law represented a significant step forward in the development of gewerbliche Muster und Modelle law, striking an innovative balance between the interests of gewerbliche Muster und Modelle creators and the public. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
