Añadir al carritoHardcover w/ Jacket. Condición: Near Fine. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Very Good. This 7.25 x 11.0 inch, 59 page hardcover book with dust wrapper is the 1964 edition of this title for the Sacramento Book Collectors Club. This copy is of near fine quality with only a very slight bumping to three corners to downgrade this book from fine condition. The bumps are negligible but do show. Other than that there are no other real condition issues to mention as the cloth covers with gilt decoration and lettering are bright and clean. The interior text pages show a previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown but otherwise the text pages are virtually as new, with the deckled fore-edges clean and unflattened. This title was printed in an edition of only 310 copies and is the first real printing of this narrative as William Robinson Grimshaw gave to H.H. Bancroft as Bancroft collected early California material. This account centers on the gold mining area east of San Francisco Bay and there is a map of the area on both front and back endpapers. This copy has a plain white dust wrapper, probably as issued, and the wrapper shows wear along the edges and at the corners and has a hand-written book title on the jacket spine. 59 pages.…
