Previous owner has written page numbers in green pencil, streak of pencil across one page. Some discoloration to pages, as well. A nice copy, overall, despite wear and markings.

Only pencil writing from a former bookseller (not me!) on front free end page. Had deckled page edges. Illustrations throughout. SIGNED by author on front free end page. He wrote: "To the Bleyer Kids, Robin Christopher June 1925" (the date's a little puzzling, but that's what it says.) Robin Christopher was the pen name of writer A.B. Shiffrin. Signed by Author(s).
