One famed camp meeting was held on the beach at Ocean Grove, New Jersey (illustration at p. 85). The illustration "The Trenton Bank Robbery" though called for at page 129, was not actually included (though a multi-page description of the event is included); there is an illustration of the Wharton Street Methodist Episcopal Church in Philadelphia at page 186 that is not noted in the contents.
