Soft cover. Condición: Very Good. Quoting from the back cover of the book: "Often made from the desert sand but possessing the allure of gold and semiprecious gems, the ceramic known today as Egyptian faience was both a versatile and magical material. More than just a practical and useful material, faience was imbued by the ancient Egyptians with great symbolic significance--resplendent with radiance and filled with the shimmer of celestial light, it was the perfect metaphor for life, rebirth and immortality." The book is very well illustrated with 484 illustrations, 224 of which are in color. Condition: This book is in very good condition.
