Frenzel showing 31 samples of Hohlwein's art. Five of the samples are full-page reproductions of vibrant color posters on card stock. Includes Hohlwein's famous Olympic poster design, which was used for the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Remaining four posters on card stock are advertisements for the Original Alt Münchener Salvator Bier Abend, Chromolithogr. Kunstanstalt A. G. München, Muratti Ariston, and Springer & Möller Farbwerke Leipzig. Other smaller color and b/w reproductions show many National Socialist Propaganda posters by Hohlwein (includes one Hohlwein portrait).
