Hardcover. Condición: Good Plus. Brown cloth binding, red ink stamped letters on front cover, and spine but mostly rubbed away, small patch of glue remains on spine. Ink stamping to top and bottom edges of text block. Light wear to extremities, Ex-library plate and ink stamp on ffep, title page and ink stamping again on top of o…ne plate, no rear pocket, etc. ever put in. Otherwise clean binding, well bound, clean and unmarked. 13 photographic plates. Hand-colored map in front, open to 10 x 17 inches, has two inch tear, light off setting, o/ very clean. A very early Library commission report with an outstanding hand color map of Vermont showing counties with free public libraries, some with state aid, others by private means. Many counties are left blank and are not colored. Scans made; inquires welcome.
