More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Pencil markings to front free endpaper. Rough cut pages with top textblock edge dyed gilt. Binding remains firm.… Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Minor sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Visible wear marks to boards. Unclipped jacket. Panels and spine have light edge wear with tears and creases. Minor loss to spine and edges. Extensive tanning, water and wear marks to flaps, panels and spine.

The text block has top edge gilt, with the other 2 sides uncut. The paper jacket is a little grubby, with some darkening to the spine surface. There is one small tear to the top… front edge, but both top and bottom edges have been reinforced with tape on the inner surface, thus reducing wear considerably.
