Plants listed in categories by uses: as foods (with some recipes), as medicines, for ceremonies and magic, as tobacco, for bows and arrows, dye plants, for string or nets, for baskets, et al. A simple booklet, designed to be stapled together. Based on the (out of print) book "Indian Uses of Native Plants" by Edith Van Allen Murphey, with her permission. The recipient was a member of the Ft. Bidwell, CA Paiute Indian community.
