Dr. Benjamin Fine was The NY Times education editor for 17 years, and the Headmaster of The Sands Point Country Day Scool between 1962-1971. "Stretching Their Minds is subtitled " An exciting new approach to the education of the gifted pioneered by the Sands Point Country Day School". The school closed in the 1970's after being sued by some parents accusing the school of employing unqualified instructors. All books bubble wrapped and shipped promptly in a box. Red boards with gold lettering, gray-red.
