The album also documents J. C. Penny's re-opening following a remodel in August of 1986. While the prints are themselves undated, the anonymous album compiler did date the collection on the album introductory "Moments to Remember" sheet. We posit that the album mounted prints are from '86 while the loose photos are from 1979, given Nevada's First Lady Kathy List is IDed on the verso of one of these, which is so dated. N.B. The governor's [then] wife is featured in the preponderonce of loose images [taken by a friend or colleague?]. Album - Nr Fine. Photos - VG+ to Nr Fine. Brown faux leather commercial album, with gilt stamped 'stars' to the covers.
