With coverage of local bands such as Les Lutins and Les Differents, articles on Flamin Groovies and Paul Revere & The Raiders, and an interview with Mike Stax. Illustrated with plenty of 50s and 60s ad clippings. Now housed in a clear archival sleeve with acid-free backing.

Now housed in a removable, clear archival sleeve with an acid-free backing.

This historic fanzine, among the first and an extension of the January 1932 fanzine TIME TRAVELLER (which is considered the first fanzine), was edited by Maurice Ingher, Ray Palmer, Mortimer Weisinger & Julius Schwartz, the last two editors indeed being the editors of TIME TRAVELLER. Very scarce.

Light wear and toning to edges; mail folds, address labels, and stamps to final leaf of most volumes; overall a Very Good collection of this scarce fanzine, which ran from 1983-1988. The English folk rock band Fairport Convention itself remains active to this day, though the line-up has changed considerably over the years. Issues included: #5 May/June 1984 #6 July/August 1984 #11 May/June 1985 #12 July/August 1985 #15 Spring 1986 #16 Summer 1986 #17 Autumn 1986 #18 Winter 1986 #19 Spring 1987 #20 Summer 1987.
