First article is 'Britain's Dependence On Sea Power / A Review Foreword / By / Admiral of the Fleet Sir Roger Keyes, Bart., / G.C.B., K.C.V.O., C.M.G., D.S.O., LL.D., M.P. for Portsmouth North, and a former Commander-in-Chief, Portsmouth.'
