First edition of this very scarce and lavishly illustrated land promotion work for Denver, containing sections on the business opportunities, the Chamberlin Observatory, schools, homes, apartment houses, sample streets, hotels, race tracks, and amusement parks. John S. Flower (1864-1934) was a prominent Denver real estate developer, close associate of Mayor Robert Speer, and active civic booster for the city of Denver. A number of the homes he built have become registered on the Historic Registry.
