Hardcover (Beige cloth, white title), d./j.Anthony Caro and Eduardo Chillida are among the most important sculptors of the 20th century. Their sculptures are represented in renowned collections and museums worldwide and have long enriched the Würth Collection. In 2024, both artists would have turned 100. The Museum Würth is taking this opportunity to showcase their respective artistic work through an exhibition of around 70 selected sculptures and wall installations. With their sculptures, each bearing their own distinct artistic signature, Caro and Chillida transcended existing boundaries. Both artists are considered representatives of abstract sculpture and made significant contributions to the development of modern sculpture. Their sculptures are often expansive, indeed, they practically occupy the space. Through their intensive engagement with space, both artists have left their mark on numerous sites throughout Europe.
