The boards are firm, flat and unmarked; slight wear to edges. Very white, clean end papers. Fairly clean cut edges. The text block is tightly bound, straight and clean and in fine condition. With fold out family tree near front; b/w image of Stiffkey Hall in Prelims. Overall condition is near fine as boards do not match condition of page block. Do dedications etc. In near fine tan and orange dust jacket that replicates the boards. The jacket is clean and with sound edges. Not price clipped. Signed by Author(s).
