Partial circular blue stamp on bottom of first page for J. D. Sheppard Music Store (in Buffalo). Second and eighth pages unnumbered and left blank. Contains five songs on numbered pages 3-7: Mary Blane; Old Joe; Carry Me Back; Stop That Knocking; and Darkeys Polka. Music only; no lyrics. Fair (because of the missing music on last leaf) 3rd Edition [so stated at head of title].
