Paperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This book explicates the educational value of organized games for women. The author's extensive research demonstrates that games are vital to social education, encouraging cooperation, fairness, and a sense of shared responsibilityâ"essential qualities for effective citizenship. The book explores the historical neglect of athletics in women's education and challenges the misconception that girls' games must differ from boys' games. It emphasizes the importance of equal consideration for the educational and health benefits of athletics, arguing that games should be conducted to benefit all participants, not just those with exceptional talent. The author provides practical guidance for integrating games into educational curricula, ensuring they are supervised by trained instructors who prioritize educational outcomes over winning. This book is a valuable resource for educators, physical education instructors, and anyone interested in fostering social and moral development in young women. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.…
