Nantes 1521 un grand parchemin sur vélin parcheminé manuscrit à l'encre brune, format : 61,5 x 62,5 cm, avec un gros cachet sec aux armes d'Anne de Bretagne (blason avec fleur de lys et hermines - sous françois 1er, la bretagne n'est pas encore rattachée définitivement à la France, ce sera fait en 1532), avec signature manuscrite de deux tabellions nantais sous l'autorité du procureur Nantais Guillaume de la SENARDIERE (GORGES), fait à Nantes, le 23 Novembre 1521, trés bon état Tanguy (Tanneguy) Sauvage, sieur du Plessis-Guerry, descendants tous deux de leur aïeul Guillaume Sauvage vivant en 1388. Ce dernier avait épousé Marie de Laval (fille de Foulque de Laval et de Jeanne Chabot dite La Folle).
