Añadir al carritoPaperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This book offers a charming glimpse into the world of traditional hand sewing, guiding the reader through fundamental techniques with clear instructions and detailed illustrations. From basic stitches and seams to more intricate embellishments like feather stitching and smocking, the author provides a comprehensive foundation for aspiring needleworkers. The text transcends a simple how-to manual by weaving in personal anecdotes and reflections on the joys and challenges of mastering this timeless craft. The author's passion for sewing shines through, inspiring readers to embrace the creative possibilities and meditative rhythm of working with needle and thread. More than just a practical guide, this book celebrates the enduring legacy of hand sewing, reminding us of its power to connect generations, express individuality, and imbue everyday objects with beauty and meaning. By sharing both the technical skills and the heartfelt appreciation for this age-old art form, the author invites readers to embark on their own sewing journey and discover the satisfaction of creating something unique and beautiful with their own hands. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
