Añadir al carrito10. Paris, éditée par les éditions Falaize, directeur général H. Chastanet, 1951, in-4°, 2 issues numbered 1 and 2, ca. 40 pp/issue, the first issue with a metal spiral binding, the second issue stapled. Fine copies although the front cover of issue one is slightly browned. Rare complete set of this French avant-garde art periodical which was started by Le Corbusier and Fernand Léger but was discontinued after only 2 issues. Its main interest was architecture and art in the public space. The first issue contains e.g. an article by Léger on colour in modern architecture; a report by Le Corbusier on the 1951 CIAM congress in London. Most of the articles are printed in two languages; French and English. Our set is complete with the 4 pp of the stiff wrapper of issue 1 completely printed with text; we have seen issues where this was not the case. The back cover, containing an article by Max Bill was left blank.
