Further complications occur occur through some years after 1680 because of the argue- ments between William Penn and Lord Baltimore about the location of the border between DE and MD. which wasn't settled untill the acceptance of the Mason-Dixon line in 1775 but some residents particularly in the South and Southwestern parts of Sussex County kept registering and paying taxes in the MD counties that overlapped with Sussex County before the agreement. small amount of yellow highlighting that does not creatre problems wiuth text, 310 pages plus an 87 page index.
