Perhaps we could do without the coffee stain on front cover or small greasemark on back, but anyone looking for a hyper-specialied guide to the post-war years of NE Portland's Upper Sandy Blvd post-war years (Rose City Race Track, Goat Annie's Goat Farm, the Midget Motel, etc) will delight nonetheless.
