Biographies of 70 servicemen are provided. Each has a local street named after them. James Brown felt that a book should be written, and with the help of ex-servicewoman Patricia Riggs, the book was completed. The two surviving Victoria Cross winners of the War were involved with the book: the foreword has been written by Sir Roden Cutler, and the book was launched by Edward Kenna VC, on 1st, April, 1995. Richardson, one thanking Mr. Richardson for congratulating him on the extension of Cutler's term as Governor of New South Wales (12 November 1976), and a postcard with an image of Cutler with his family, and an image of an Australia stamp with his image on it.
