Browning to the endpapers with the name of a previous owner in ink to the front free endpaper - Lady Wale of Shelford near Cambridge - along with a family bookplate on the front pastedown where there are other family names. There is some browning and staining to the pages at the front and back and insect damage at the bottom of the last 50 pages.
