Pamphlet VG+. Dj spine/rear joint was splitting and has been repaired (with archival adhesive) from the inside as have multiple small edge tears. Original ad band included and similarly repaired.

203 pages. Hardcover: H 30.75cm x L 28.25cm. Dark gray title wrapper present but with its lightly creased front panel having 3cm tear at its spine fold. Dust jacket with front panel portrait of Jacqueline Roque; foxing prevalent to spine and rear panel with lesser occurrence along front flap fold. Off-white cloth with light foxing/toning; color decoration to spine and front board remains bright. Text block's top edge foxing/toned; several small stains to fore-edge with some leaves fractionally affected at margins. Foxing to endpapers; occasional toning to interior leaves caused by impressions of color plates; interior leaves are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. A very good copy in a very good dust jacket of one of the best Picasso monographs. This book does not have Milton S. Fox's accompanying pamphlet "Picasso: Women."
