There is a bit of creasing to the 4 outer corners, with a little fraying to the bottom right-hand corner of the upper cover (see image). There is some foxing to the front and rear endpapers, and a previous ownership name (in biro) on the verso of the front free endpaper. There is a horizontal crease at the bottom of the half title page (see image). The boards and main contents are clean and the binding is secure. Volume two only.
