The leaves are tight and in good condition, without tears, folds or creases. There might be tiny chips and tears to the roughly trimmed fore and bottom edges, not untypical. The pages are mostly clean, with occasional light staining. Noticeable spotting to the text block edges. Given the age, probably closer to very good than good.
