Book condtion - Very Good ; not a library copy, contents clean,ink inscription on the half-title - "G M Bennison 1985" ( Bennison was senior lecturer in Geology at the University of Birmingham), no other in…scriptions, no foxing, inner hinges tight and binding firm ; thin card covers wtih title on the front and spine ; fore-edge corners light rubbed and bent, bottom front corner with an indistinct crease, back clean, spine complete with ends lightly rubbed, spine colour slightly faded but the title remains complete and clear, front clean with central-ish longitudinal crease though this is not readily seen externally; please see photos for indications of condition and contents. The contributors to this work were four Australians, two Americans and one Briton, from academic or coal industry backgrounds. Postage outside the UK will likely be higher than the rates quoted on ABEBooks.
