Wenn er mal keine Geschichte parat hat, dann beschreibt er einfach so ein paar legendäre Drinks der berühmten "Bar Hemingway" im Ritz Paris, aber auch "Standard"-Rezepturen kommen nicht zu kurz. Fazit: ein klasse Buch, das vielleicht nicht den Umfang eines Schumann aufweist, jedoch auf Grund der vielen netten Stories uns ein echtes Stück Lebensart näher bringt.
