Linen-like fabric with pinked edges (not color pink, but like pinking shears), color illustrated throughout, eight pages plus covers. Looks and feels nearly new and unused, with just a very light bit of shelf soil to the spine, no chips, tears, names or other markings. Soft Cover. Very Good. Oblong 8vo.

First edition with matching dates of 1915 and no subsequent printings listed.

POUND, Ezra. Personae The Collected Poems of Ezra Pound. (New York): New Directions Book, (1926) but actually 1949. New "offset" edition. Name, fading to the blue cloth spine through the d/w, top edge of boards faded but still a very nice copy in Ilustrador. Very good minus in grey green woven cloth stamped brightly in gold on the front boards and on the spine.; With some dots of leeching to the color at the top right hand corner of the front panel. Clean and tight throughout. With some offsetting from the jacket flaps to the front and rear endpapers. In an attractive dust jacket with the price of $3.50 but with the front spine fold separated. Presents well. New Directions Book, (1926) but actually 1949.

James, Henry, Jr A Passionate Pilgrim, and Other Tales James R. Osgood. Hardcover. 1875, First Edition of the author's first book. One of 1510 copies printed. 496 pp. Hardcover, original maroon cloth, 8vo. "James R. Osgood and Co." in gilt at foo Ilustrador. Bound in terracotta cloth; the spine is stamped brightly in gold. The boards are heavily flecked along the edges and at the top of the front boards. Heavy wear and fraying to the top and bottom of the spine ends. With 5" along the edge of the rear board affected by water at some point. A few signatures loose.A serviceable copy of the first edition of James' first book. First Edition of the author's first book. One of 1510 copies printed. With "James R. Osgood and Co." in gilt at foot of spine.

Bronson Alcott Table Talk Roberts Bros, Boston, 1877. Original brick gilt cloth, near fine, the usual brittle leaves else fine. This is a rare book and Mr. Alcott published late in life and only a few titles. He died in 1881 and he was the father o Ilustrador. Strikingly bound in terracotta cloth with gold art deco border and gilt title on the front boards and spine. Very clean and tight throughout with the exception of a small piece of paper missing from the corner of page 71. Chocolate endpapers and tight hinges. A collectible copy. This is an uncommon book which Bronson published late in life and only a few other titles. He died in 1881, and he was the father of Louisa May Alcott. This is an inspiring book of essays by a leading New England transcendentalist and friend of Emerson and Thoreau. First Edition with matching dates of 1877.
